¼ cup raw cashew butter
12 romaine leaves
2 bananas thinly sliced ( you can also apples or pears )


Directions

Spread about 1 tsp cashew butter on each leaf. Lay a few slices of fruit on the butter and roll up like a burrito. Note this can also be used as a snack if you need.
