Why/How Exercising Energizes People And How It Can Help Your Day To Day Life

Exercising is a worthy goal that can rejuvenate your daily life and give you long term health benefits.

We have heard and read about how exercise can reduce a plethora of chronic diseases, reduce stress, allow for good hormone balance and bring down our waistlines, but what about the habit of active movement or or moderate exercise? Making physical exercise a daily habit can bring back a sense of refreshed well being, happier mindset and of course increased energy, a healthier body composition and a zest for life.

Many people don’t really realize that a lack of exercise or sitting all day can result in high inflammation, stress, depression, anxiety, decreased energy, hormone imbalances, osteoporosis, muscle atrophy, muscle aches and chronic body fatigue.

With as little as 30 minutes a day or 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week, reaching desired results and decreasing your risk for chronic diseases is totally within reach!

Let’s face it we all want to live a life that is pain free, decreased use of prescription drug medications and living with more energy.  If 30 minutes is too much, start with less, even 5 minutes is better than nothing and a great way to start a new excellent habit.

Choosing activities that we enjoy will ensure more desire to exercise benefiting in increased levels of energy over time.   This small increment of time can include cardio vascular exercises meaning, walking at a steady pace, biking, swimming, dancing, hiking or evening running.  It can also involve resistance training within your home or at a gym by the form of calisthenics; using your own body weight, machines and free weights.

A proper fitness routine can give our bodies the benefit of more energy a healthier emotional outlook and may even reduce the need for some medications or prescription drugs.   It’s very obvious that our bodies experience increased levels of energy and help enhance the production of your brain’s feel good neurotransmitters such as endorphins, by participating in daily physical activities.

Overall our health and sense of well-being is improved with exercise and our bodies become more energized and efficient the more we use them.  The results are more pronounced, rewards are endless therefore creating an extended quality of life.   Giving yourself the gift of exercise will maintain a healthy body mass, healthy heart and healthy mind.
